Weight Loss Begins Here

If you are committed to losing weight and beginning a healthy lifestyle, one where you will be proud of your self and proud of your accomplishments this program will lead you to a path of success.

Step one:
   The consultation.  The fact gathering stage; we discuss the things that have been an obstacle so far, what your goals are and what you realistically wish to accomplish. You complete our comprehensive questionaire and then we talk abou it in a frank, disclosure session.

Step two:
   Initial session.  Typically involves pinpointing when, where and why you eat. To determine your strategy. EFT is used to discover issues.

Step three:
   First follow up.  Using various therapies such as timeline and setting triggers we continue to pay close attention to other habits that need to be changed.

Step four:
   Session three.  Solidify what we have accomplished. Logically, losing weight is a matter of burning more calories than you take in so we address the exercise component in this session.

Step five:
   The wrap up.  The entire process is put together in a deep hypnosis session and given permanency.....

Post graduate reinforcement.   Refreshher sessions are offered to help your confidence level and reassure the subconcious commitments you have made. Modifications are made to custom fit the program to you. It keeps you on track to a healthy lifestyle.
